Counting down to our day
Our story
Our story began completely unexpectedly, yet in the most beautiful way. While we stood by our friends Marjeta and Jaka as maid of honour and best man, their love story quietly became the beginning of ours too. Since we started getting to know each other during the pandemic, there were countless messages before we finally met in person. Then came our first days together on skis and in the mountains, and it quickly became clear: this was it.
The years that followed were filled with beautiful shared experiences: discovering new ski resorts, reaching mountain peaks, exploring European cities and capitals, and spending time with the friends who became part of our story.
We always find ourselves returning to the Dolomites, especially Val Gardena, which feels even more magical at Christmas time. So it was no coincidence that the next chapter began exactly there, in the place where we feel happiest. On 18 December 2025, surrounded by snow and thousands of lights, we officially became engaged and began planning our wedding.

For greater comfort and a longer, carefree evening, you may wish to stay overnight in Kranjska Gora. If there is enough interest, we will arrange transport between Planica and Kranjska Gora.

The second part of the day takes place in Planica, where the civil ceremony, photos and evening celebration continue.

At the entrance, take a parking card at the barrier. During the event, you can exchange it at the bar for free exit.
